An energetic spark of inspiration, enthusiasm, passion and authenticity, Isa is a strong leader and an agent of change! She loves to coach individuals, facilitate workshops and feels completely on fire when speaking publicly about conscious leadership. Her engaging personality, expressive storytelling skills mixed with her ability to listen and ask intuitive questions make her the perfect person to evoke leadership in others, facilitate change and prompt action.
In her professional life, Isa was the Director of Best Buddies of Western and Central Massachusetts whose mission is to create one to one friendships between students with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the Director, Isa increased the number of students served by over 30% and more than doubled the fundraising dollars earned. In her previous position as the Operations Manager of a start-up nonprofit, Little Kids Rock, Isa was the founder’s second employee and contributed to the development of the program from a small operation working out of his attic into a four star Charity Navigator rated organization that is currently serving over 120,000 children around the country.
In her personal life, Isa has maintained a 100 pound weight loss and loves to stay active in the great outdoors. She enjoys a rich spiritual life and has a constantly evolving meditation practice. Isa is a trained Co-Active Coach through CTI (the Coaches Training Institute), a LIPPI (Leadership Institute of Political and Public Impact) graduate through the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts, and is a Licensed Practitioner with the Centers for Spiritual Living.
